i am a espresso novice, and know nothing about press, roasting, or anything like that. could you please post a tutorial, or beginners guide? and explain the pictures? they are really cool, but exactly what is it? thanks!

that looks awesome. I know I'd like a double capp with that espresso. What are you doing to get even pours?

Those aren't my pours, but I can tell you that all it takes is

(1) fresh beans
(2) proper tamping
(3) decent distrobution
(4) possibly temp surfing so the water isn't so hot that it comes out as steam


All of which can be achieved with practice =)
